Lost In Beauty-

Well, I have weigh in tomorrow and am hoping for a lost of over .4 as I want my 10kg GOAL. I have been really good this week, food wise but have done little exercise as I have been too busy with work. I am looking forward to next week as I won't have as much work commitments and will be able to focus a little more on my exercise. :)

I had my staff appraisal today and went FANTASTIC. My boss is really happy with my commitment and standard of my work, which is great! I had a huge SMILE on my face the entire time. :)

I am looking forward to my NIGHT OUT with the girls on Friday night. I can't remember the last time when I went out and had a few drinks, especially a nice cold beer. lol. I can't wait! :) We are all going out to dinner first and then moving onto the local pub for a few drinks. As we have already pre-ordered, I chose a Caesar Salad as it is a little lighter than a Chicken Schnitzel with Creamy Garlic Sauce and King Prawns. YUMMO! But I just don't know what to wear! I now am between my fat clothes and skinny clothes. It seems I have nothing in between. GRRRR! But it is a great feeling :) and am looking forward to buying some new clothes. YAY.

I can't wait for Mel and I to go shopping and buy our SKINNY CLOTHES together. I know its going to be a ball!

Its been a while since I have posted a BLOG. I know, I know I am really slack! Anyway, I had a REALLY, REALLY good weigh in. I lost 1.4kgs, thats a TOTAL loss of 9.6!! And my 10% GOAL! I am looking forward to getting .4 next week to get my 10kg weight loss GOAL! I am on top of the WORLD at the moment and nothing can stop me.

I am looking forward to this FRIDAY night, as I am going out with the GIRLS from work as one of my FRIENDS are leaving and moving away. Its going to be a GREAT night and am really excited about letting my HAIR DOWN, as I have not done this for a VERY, VERY long time. I have been working really had to save some points as I know I am going to be a little NAUGHTY with the points this weekend. he he he.

I know this is just a quick BLOG but I am really tired and can't seem to get use to changing the CLOCKS back after day light savings time.

Well, where do I start? I had WEIGH IN last Friday and knew that I had a slim chance of losing anything at all, as I had started exercising to the MAX. Weigh in came and lost NOTHING, but I can tell in my clothes that I have lost cm not kgs. I feel really GOOD about myself lately due to my increase in exercise.

I had a GREAT weekend in Port Macquarie and although I said I was going to exercise, it just didn't happen. I had the Naming Day on Saturday, then went shopping, out for lunch and then dinner, I didn't get home till 11pm that night and planned to go for my JOG the next day. At around 2am in the morning I woke up to the sound of RAIN. :( I knew then that it would be a wet and rainy day and it was. So we ended up going to a friends house for a BBQ breakfast and then left early because of the weather. I am so DISAPPOINTED that I didn't go for a jog and also that we had to leave Port early.

As we came home early I was then able to attend a BABY SHOWER that my Boss was having and that I was unable to attend as I was away, but as it turned out I ended up making it due to our early departure from Port. I ended up having a great CHAT to all my friends and ended up having a FANTASTIC afternoon.

I am feeling really CONFIDENT with my weight loss this week and am looking forward to achieving my 10% weight loss GOAL. I have been really good with my points and have made smart choices all weekend and am looking forward to the rest of the week. I have just finished doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike and the TUMMY TIME on the WW DVD. I know I am going to look FANTASTIC in no time at all.

I have finally decided on a FINISH LINE for my weight loss journey. This is going to be my 1o day HOLIDAY to Port in October. I will be looking GREAT and wearing my BIKINI. YAY! That means me losing an average of 0.5 per week. :)

Well today was RELAXING, I went to work as usual and then had my HAIR done. It looks GREAT and I feel so much BETTER. It has really BRIGHTENED up my day as it was a little well deserved pampering. I also got my EYEBROWS wax but that is NOT RELAXATION. OUCH!! But I do look a lot better. I LOVE my hairdresser, she is just BEAUTIFUL, we talk about the silliest things but it makes me forget about all the stresses of day to day life.

After Yesterdays BIG efforts in the exercise department, I know I am paying for it today. I am SO SORE! My legs ache in places I never knew could. All the GIRLS at work laughed at me because of the way I was walking around. BUT that is not going to stop me from going for a walk/run tomorrow. I am REALLY looking forward to it. As I am going to a Christening in Port Macquarie this weekend I have had to PLAN my EXERCISE around that. I am planning to go for a walk/run at the beach or in a park. I would NORMALLY just shrug it off and say I am on HOLIDAYS and just forget about it. But this time I am NOT going to do that! Its at the TOP of my list. Anyway I better be off to bed, another early start tomorrow.

Today I had another GREAT day. I got up for work at 5.30am and headed off at 6am. I LOVE my job and the CHILDREN, they make my day so SPECIAL and WORTHWHILE. After work I came home and sat at the computer reading every one's BLOGS. Which I LOVE!! When I read MISS BUTTERFLIES Blog, I knew exactly how she felt. We ALL have those days BUT we need to BELIEVE. We need to BELIEVE IN OURSELVES! We CAN do this if we stick TOGETHER. And I have KNOW that MISS BUTTERFLY can do this. :) So this blog is DEDICATED to her! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!

After reading her Blog I got up and put on my EXERCISE CLOTHES and went for a walk/jog/run!! I have been reading on WW about the C25K Challange, and thought to myself... ME RUN... NEVER!!! But then I thought again... WHY CAN'T I... WHAT IS STOPPING ME???... NOTHING. So I downloaded the PodCasts and did my first Challange for Week 1. IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! After my RUN..lol.. I jumped into our pool and did 50 LAPS... OMG...!!! I can't believe that I really ENJOY this. WHAT WILL BE NEXT???

Had a FANTASTIC day at work, ended up finishing at 1:30 which is a GREAT time because you still have the whole day left to do what you WANT. When I got home, I sat around looking at Real Estate as Nathan and I are looking for a HOUSE to BUY! Which I am so excited about :) Anyway after I had finished that, I was sitting on my butt thinking I should get up and do some EXERCISE. So up I jumped and headed off for a WALK. While walking I felt like I was not pushing my self enough so I began JOGGING. I am so PROUD of myself for pushing myself THAT MUCH further. As I suffer from ASTHMA, I was surprise that I was not out of breath. From this point on I am going to make a HUGE EFFORT to continue to push myself while exercising. I am SO PROUD of MYSELF!

I realised that I needed to do something about my weight when I looked at my work PHOTO. In the past year I have gained a TOTAL of 15kgs. I am so UPSET at myself for letting myself go, when I had worked so HARD to lose it last time. BUT THIS TIME IS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT! I can not and WILL NOT let this happen again. I am WORTH more than that! What makes the different this time is that I have SUPPORT within my FAMILY and FRIENDS. I started my WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY 8 weeks ago and have LOST a TOTAL of 8.2kgs. YAY for ME! I now want to share my THOUGHTS and IDEAS with other people and hopefully INSPIRE them to continue towards their GOALS.

Well, after talking to a BEAUTIFUL person on MSN, I have been given the MOTIVATION to create my very own BLOG. She told me that this was a great way of EXPRESSING yourself and recording your Journey to weight loss. Not only will it help me, but hopefully will be an INSPIRATION for everyone on the same Journey as me. I look forward to sharing my STORY.
