Had a FANTASTIC day at work, ended up finishing at 1:30 which is a GREAT time because you still have the whole day left to do what you WANT. When I got home, I sat around looking at Real Estate as Nathan and I are looking for a HOUSE to BUY! Which I am so excited about :) Anyway after I had finished that, I was sitting on my butt thinking I should get up and do some EXERCISE. So up I jumped and headed off for a WALK. While walking I felt like I was not pushing my self enough so I began JOGGING. I am so PROUD of myself for pushing myself THAT MUCH further. As I suffer from ASTHMA, I was surprise that I was not out of breath. From this point on I am going to make a HUGE EFFORT to continue to push myself while exercising. I am SO PROUD of MYSELF!
