Well today was RELAXING, I went to work as usual and then had my HAIR done. It looks GREAT and I feel so much BETTER. It has really BRIGHTENED up my day as it was a little well deserved pampering. I also got my EYEBROWS wax but that is NOT RELAXATION. OUCH!! But I do look a lot better. I LOVE my hairdresser, she is just BEAUTIFUL, we talk about the silliest things but it makes me forget about all the stresses of day to day life.

After Yesterdays BIG efforts in the exercise department, I know I am paying for it today. I am SO SORE! My legs ache in places I never knew could. All the GIRLS at work laughed at me because of the way I was walking around. BUT that is not going to stop me from going for a walk/run tomorrow. I am REALLY looking forward to it. As I am going to a Christening in Port Macquarie this weekend I have had to PLAN my EXERCISE around that. I am planning to go for a walk/run at the beach or in a park. I would NORMALLY just shrug it off and say I am on HOLIDAYS and just forget about it. But this time I am NOT going to do that! Its at the TOP of my list. Anyway I better be off to bed, another early start tomorrow.
