Track my daily points

Drink my 8 glasses of water

Exercise 3 days a week

I feel like I am falling of the wagon and need to get another kick up the butt, I don't know what has happened so I am just going to commit myself to the basics and get back on track. Today I wore my first size 12 pants. I am very excited and have gotten lots of comments from all the girls at work, saying how skinny I look and they just can't believe that I have lost so much. BUT all that doesn't help when I am having a FAT week and feel really down that I hadn't lost last week. I feel like I have hit another wall, so here I go, I am not letting anything stand in my way. I can do this and will do this and I don't care how long it takes but I know that I will achieve this. I WILL get to goal. Wish me luck!!
